What You’ll Do

User experience design is essential for successful software development.

• Feel responsible for a product area or sub‑area from a UX perspective and work closely with Product Management and Development to find opportunities for improvement and growth of the related services.
• Coordinate UX activities across multiple development teams and support the assigned UX Designers.
• Collaborate on user journeys and interaction design prototypes for a harmonized user experience across products.
• Mentor junior colleagues on various aspects of design.
• Engage in user research and usability testing as the basis for your designs.
• Benefit from SAP´s Flex Work framework and remote working options.

What You Bring

• A degree in Interaction Design, Media or Industrial Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, or comparable fields.
• You are an expert in mobile solutions and can craft high end products for Apple, Microsoft and Android devices.
• Around 5 years of experience in software development, ideally within a cloud company.
• Passion for improving end‑to‑end processes and workflows.
• Deep understanding of the market and customers as the foundation for your design decisions.
• Experience in organizing larger projects from a UX Design perspective and coordinating other UX Designers, possibly across locations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (both spoken and written), combined with a collaborative attitude.
• Curiosity to understand technical products and their users is of high importance in our domain.
