Senior Product Designer (Hybrid – Germany)

I’m partnered with a leading European tech company valued at €2.9B, hiring a Senior UX Designer.

You’ll own the user experience for complex B2B workflows across desktop and mobile, working within a mature product, research, and engineering ecosystem. This role focuses on understanding user behaviour, simplifying data-heavy processes, and creating experiences that drive measurable results.

Expect to:

• Translate research insights and analytics into intuitive, data‑driven product experiences
• Map and optimise end‑to‑end user journeys for B2B tools used by thousands across Europe
• Partner with UX researchers and PMs to test hypotheses, validate design decisions, and iterate based on evidence
• Contribute to scalable UX patterns within a shared design system, ensuring accessibility and consistency
• Prototype and test interaction flows to improve usability and task success
