OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and analytical SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both the strategic and technical aspects of search engine optimization — from keyword research and content strategy to technical audits and link building. This role requires a data-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable growth in organic visibility and conversions. ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive SEO audits focusing on on-page, off-page, technical, and content factors.Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and map them to relevant content opportunities.Develop and implement SEO strategies including site structure, technical optimization, and backlink campaigns.Create and maintain SEO performance reports tracking keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics.Execute off-page SEO initiatives through link building, digital PR, and outreach.Develop and oversee a content strategy to grow organic visibility and align with business goals.Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the SEO landscape.Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed across all digital assets.Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO tools, and industry trends to continuously improve performance. RequirementsMinimum 3 years of professional SEO experience, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.Portfolio required.Strong proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Botify.Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, website architecture, and how technical aspects impact SEO performance.Experience developing and executing link-building and content strategies.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
