Join Tesla’s Service Center team as a Serviceberater / Service Advisor in Bielefeld. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining Tesla vehicles.

Location: Bielefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

What You’ll Do

• Organise the daily workflow in partnership with your Service Manager and team
• Oversee the Service Center’s day‑to‑day operations and monitor warranty costs
• Maintain the workshop and vehicles, ensuring quality and safety
• Prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email, providing fast and personalised service

What You’ll Bring

• Strong customer‑centric mindset and organisational talent
• Digital competence – quick adaptation to evolving technologies
• Excellent communication in German and good English, both written and verbal
• Team spirit and flexibility, including willingness to work in shifts (weekday, weekend, evenings) as needed
• Valid EU driving licence (Class B) and work permission for Germany
