Im Bereich Workplace Management suchen wir Dich zum nächstmöglichen Termin als

Servicekraft im Büro (m/w/d) - Teilzeit

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du bist für die Bestellungen, Annahme, Lagerung und Präsentation von Snacks und Getränken zuständig
• Du kümmerst dich um die Reinigung der Küchengeräte und der Küchenutensilien
• Du sorgst für die Sauberkeit im gesamten Büro (inklusive der Toiletten), indem du regelmäßige Rundgänge machst
• Du hast im Blick, welche Reinigungsmittel und Hygieneartikel bestellt werden müssen und gibst das an das WPS-Team weiter
• Du unterstützt beim Bestellen von Catering und hilfst beim Auf- und Abbau
• Du kümmerst dich darum, dass die Konferenzräume mit allen nötigen Materialien ausgestattet sind und das richtige Raumsetup steht
• Du bist für den Lagerbestand von Besteck, Tassen und Tellern zuständig und teilst mit, wenn etwas nachbestellt werden muss

Dein Profil:

• 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden, vorzugsweise im Gastgewerbe
• Fließende Kommunikation in Deutsch oder Englisch
• Gute Zusammenarbeit, Kommunikation und professionelles Auftreten
• Hervorragendes Zeitmanagement und Organisationstalent, um mehrere Aufgaben effektiv zu bewältigen
