Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant with AI expertise to design and implement AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on AI Agents, automation, and workflow optimization.

The Role

• Configure and customize ServiceNow AI features (e.g., AI Agent Studio, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent) to enhance ITSM, HR, CSM, or SecOps workflows.
• Build and integrate AI Agents using Flow Designer, APIs, and LLMs for autonomous task execution and multi-agent orchestration.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Test, deploy, and optimize AI Agents, ensuring compliance and performance.
• Provide training, documentation, and troubleshooting for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ServiceNow development/administration; 1–2+ years with AI/ML features (e.g., Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence).
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or Implementation Specialist (ITSM, HR, etc.); AI-related certifications a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow modules, JavaScript, Glide API, AI Agent Studio, and REST/SOAP integrations. Knowledge of ML frameworks or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
