Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Hamburg (Germany) / Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 5 months
Workload: 80–100%
On-site Requirements: Initial 2 weeks in Hamburg, then 1–2 days/month on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client/server-side scripting (JavaScript)
- Workflow & process automation
- REST API integrations & data automation
- Customizing ITSM modules, catalog items, and forms
- Event-triggered automation & alert mechanisms
- ACL setup, role & permission management (incl. Microsoft Entra ID)
- Version control with Git, reporting & dashboards
- Use of Field Service module (FSM) incl. route optimization & dispatching
Requirements:
- Strong ServiceNow experience (ITSM, CSM, FSM)
- Certifications: CSA, CIS, or CAD
- Excellent JavaScript/scripting skills
- Experience with integration, performance tuning, change & release management
- Fluent German language required
