Overview

As a member of our R&D team, you will blend creativity with technical expertise to shape future technologies, drive projects, and incorporate innovative concepts.

Your Role

• Develop and simulate power device and technology concepts according to requirements.
• Conduct problem‑solving activities in technology projects by simulation and technical guidance.
• Act as the interface between device concept and its application.
• Investigate new ideas, evaluate alternatives, and manage risk.

Profile

Qualifications And Skills

• A degree in Microelectronics, Physics, Electronics or related field. A PhD is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience with deep knowledge of semiconductor device physics and SiC material system.
• Strong device and process simulation expertise (TCAD).
• Experience in analog circuit simulations is beneficial.
• Open to new ideas and receptive to different working styles.
• Results‑driven mindset and keen sense for emerging innovation.
• Fluent English communication skills; German language knowledge preferred.
