You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance our platform and deliver powerful, efficient solutions. Your technical expertise will help improve software quality and implement best development practices.Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle — from requirements analysis and architecture to design, implementation, and deploymentAnalyze, enhance, and integrate existing software solutionsDevelop high-performance, event-driven, and secure software solutions in JavaCollaborate closely with Quality and Operations Engineers to ensure the highest software standardsAutomate and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processesPerform root cause analysis and performance tuning to identify and eliminate bottlenecks What you'll needSolid experience in software development with JavaExperience in software development with PythonDeep knowledge of popular Java frameworks and librariesExpertise in API design, RESTful services, messaging systems, and stream processingExperience in developing and monitoring globally distributed, highly reliable systems with high data and message volumesPractical experience of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environmentsIdeally, experience with cloud-based applications and microservice architecturesGood understanding of agile methodologies and a strong mindset for continuous improvementProactive and adaptable working style with the ability to take on responsibilities across various areas of the software stackOpenness to new technologies and challenges What you can expectAt Retarus, you will work on impactful and dynamic projects, with real opportunities to make a difference.
