We're looking for a Talent Acquisition/Recruiter with experience in recruiting in USA for Go to Market positions for High Tech companies (Native/ High level of English ) The Talent Acquisition/Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment, interviewing and selection.The Talent Acquisition/Recruiter ensures that candidates for employment meet the minimum qualifications needed for the continuation of a qualified and skilled workforce. You'll be responsible for bringing in exceptional talent, through the execution and delivery of the end to end, full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of roles. You will dedicate time on sourcing and delivering a great candidate experience while determining innovative ways to attract and engage top talent as we continue to grow. Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter:Manages the recruitment and interviewing process.Contact passive candidatesInterviews applicants as needed, and informs them of job duties and specificationsRefers qualified applicants to departments for interview and final approvalGenerates progress reportsWork in a fast-growing, constantly changing environment, where you will be viewed as a true partner to the businessResponsible for the whole recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through to the offer stageDelivering great candidate experience throughout the processShare market insights and use analytics to track progress and influence recruiting processes and directionSearch and headhunt for a wide range of roles using different talent acquisition tools and techniquesRepresent our brand externally, making sure you tell our story and vision!Partner with hiring managersProvide insights to stakeholders on the market and advise on how to attract the best talent to company What You’ll BringSuccessful full lifecycle recruiting experience - MUSTNative / Very Good English - MUSTExperience recruiting in USA - MUSTExperience with Go to Market positions for High Tech companies - MUSTProven ability to find and close the ideal candidateAttention to detailDemonstrable on-site/internal recruiting experienceWilling to work in USA time zoneYou have the know-how to come up with creative sourcing techniques to attract the right talent and know your way around different sourcing toolsProven experience in delivering full-cycle / end to end recruiting, you should be confident in slotting into a high performing teamDemonstrated and proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple requisitions/roles with an extremely high standard of accuracy and precision
