As our Team Lead Account Management , you’ll play a key role in driving customer success, retention, and growth across the DACH region. You’ll lead, coach, and empower a team of Account Managers to deliver measurable impact for our clients - from SMBs to enterprise brands - while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and leadership. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your team’s success while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps.
What you’ll be doing
Your work will directly influence JOIN’s commercial success and customer satisfaction. Here’s what that looks like:
You’ll report directly to Sales Leadership and collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations . You’ll also engage with senior stakeholders across our strategic client base, helping them achieve lasting success with JOIN.
Your team of Account Managers will look to you for guidance, coaching, and inspiration - while you’ll be supported in developing your leadership and strategic decision-making skills further.
