Technical Marketing & Business Development Manager – Antennas (Tier 1 Telecoms Vendor)

One of the largest telecommunications companies in the world, a global leader in providing information and telecommunications solutions, is seeking a high‑calibre Technical Marketing & Business Development Manager to join the core team of a leading global vendor in the telecommunications space.

This is a critical role responsible for driving the market success and growth of our cutting‑edge Base Station Antenna portfolio across a dedicated region.

If you have a strong technical foundation in RF/electromagnetics, combined with proven commercial acumen and existing relationships with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), we want to hear from you.

Your Mission:

  • Define and Execute Market Strategy: Develop innovative, customer‑specific marketing strategies for our antenna solutions to achieve significant market presence and growth.
  • Be the Key Interface: Act as the central point of contact between engineering, sales, and external stakeholders, including customers, MNOs, and third‑party partners, fostering collaboration and joint innovation.
  • Shape the Product Roadmap: Generate deep market analysis insights, track trends, and synthesise customer demands to directly influence the strategic solution roadmap and new product definitions.
  • Drive Business Breakthroughs: Lead strategic initiatives to identify and unlock new business opportunities, expand our market share, and strengthen our competitive advantage globally.
  • Foster Long‑Term Partnerships: Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with critical stakeholders, and actively contribute to industry‑related standardisation efforts.

What You Will Bring:

  • Technical Foundation: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, with a strong preference for specialisation in RF/electromagnetics or related fields.
  • Relevant Experience: Proven track record (preferably 5+ years) in antenna‑related sales, technical marketing, product management, or engineering.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Established and productive relationships with major Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) are highly desirable.
  • Project Leadership: Ability to manage complex international projects and coordinate activities with key stakeholders across global teams.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. A proactive, results‑driven mindset with a passion for innovation and business growth.
  • Mobility: Willingness to undertake frequent international travel (up to 33% of the time).
  • Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
