Project Overview

Currently run renovation and consolidation activities for their German Data Center and urgently needs a technical PM. The Data Center will undergo a comprehensive renovation, progressing room by room to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations. This initiative is part of our broader strategy to modernize and consolidate the data center infrastructure, enhancing both efficiency and capacity.

Key Focus Areas

• Migration: Careful planning and coordination of activities to modernize data center are essential to ensure smooth transitions and maintain service continuity.
• Design: The renovation will follow a modular expansion approach, allowing us to optimize space and integrate new technologies as needed.
• Capacity Planning.

Target completion by 2029

• Start Date: Effective immediately
• End Date: End of 2026 + Extension
• Location: Rot / Walldorf
  1 Visit per month - 3 days
