Technical Support Engineer for EV Charging Infrastructure (Remote Work within the major cities in Southern Germany)

Responsibilities include: Provide technical support and guidance for customers and third-party service providers to address technical issues related to DC fast charging and energy storage.Troubleshoot after-sales issues remotely or onsite and provide solutions for customers.Assist in planning, defining and performing training for customers and third-party service providers.Work with R&D, quality, and other departments to develop after-Sales solutions, or to investigate related issues and participate to continuous quality improvement.Use and help to develop after sales processes.Use and participate to improvement of the XCharge tools like LMS, ticketing system.Provide technical support for bidding and projects.Travelling to customer: ca. 30%.Regular visits to the Hamburg Lab. This is who you are: Completed technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics or in Energy field.Class B EU driving license.Language: German fluently, Proficient in English other languages is a plus. Preferred qualifications:Prior professional experiencePassionate about electric vehicles, sustainable development, energy transition, or electrification.Additional points for experience in embedded systems or programming languages.Excellent communication skills, a team player, customer-oriented with the ability to provide solutions or proposals and communicate them.Willingness to travel.
