On behalf of a leading call center and offshoring company, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join their growing team. This is a full-time, remote opportunity open to candidates across the EMEA region.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective technical assistance. You will troubleshoot issues, resolve inquiries, and ensure customers receive an exceptional support experience. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will play a key role in maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role, ideally within a call center or BPO/offshoring environment.
Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong plus.
Full-time, remote role within the EMEA region.
