About the Role

As a Technical Team Lead, you will take ownership of driving the delivery of complex software projects while fostering collaboration and technical excellence within the team. You will serve as both a hands-on engineer and a mentor, balancing coding responsibilities with leadership duties to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives. This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, people management skills, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of software engineers, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• Drive end-to-end project execution, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Monitor team performance, remove blockers, and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to processes and tools.
• Balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET, or similar).
Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead distributed or cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
