As a bilingual Customer Support Advisor (German/English) you join an international team that places customers first. What You’ll Do

  • Communication: Capture complex customer queries quickly and solution‑oriented via phone and email.
  • Assessment & Solution: Recognise customer needs and work creatively and proactively to resolve incidents, technical and general support queries.
  • Support: Promptly answer customer concerns via phone, SMS and email, always solution‑oriented across various customer types.
  • Escalation: Judge and ensure that customer requests are escalated timely and efficiently.
  • Documentation: Use our software and tools to keep accurate records of support cases and communications.
  • Continuous improvement: Strive to continuously improve customer service to provide existing or potential customers with optimal service and quality assurance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Customer service: Enjoy dealing with different customers via phone, act service‑oriented and patient, and be used to addressing various customer needs.

  • Multitalent & adaptability: Thrive in a constantly changing and fast‑paced environment, set priorities effectively and juggle multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Language skills: Fluent communication in German and English (B2+), both written and spoken.
  • Eligible: Hold a work permit for Germany and ideally live in / around Berlin.
