Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Establish PERI as reliable and high‑quality service supplier for formwork, shoring and scaffolding
• Identify new potential PERI customers and establish long‑term relationships
• Manage projects end-to-end, from offer preparation to project close‑out, ensuring technical and commercial alignment
• Analyze construction drawings and develop tailored formwork concepts using PERI products during client consultations
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations for customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 2‑5 years of sales experience in the construction industry, preferably with scaffolding, formwork, or related building materials
• Good understanding of scaffolding and formwork systems, their applications, and safety standards; ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
• Experience working with contractors, developers, or construction sites is highly valued
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and spoken)
• Valid Hong Kong license for client visits
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); AutoCAD knowledge beneficial
• Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, and results‑driven with strong problem‑solving skills

Optional / Preferred

• Existing network in Hong Kong’s construction industry
• Familiarity with local competitors and suppliers in scaffolding/formwork
• Candidates with sales experience in another industry may be considered
