UAV Test Pilot (m/f/d)

At Quantum Systems you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our unmanned aerial systems. You will conduct final product checks and flight tests, both indoors and in the field, to validate performance and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform final quality checks of manufactured UAVs and ground control stations according to defined processes.
• Conduct flight tests in controlled environments such as hangars.
• Maintain accurate documentation, complete checklists, and prepare bug reports.
• Travel to test sites for periodic outdoor flight trials.

Qualifications

• Strong piloting skills for multicopter UAVs (e.g., DJI Mavic 3, Autel, FPV drones).
• Proficiency in computer use and digital tools (Google Docs, Notion).
• Solid technical understanding of drone systems and company‑specific UAV features.
• High attention to detail and disciplined execution of all test procedures.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B).
• Professional communication skills in English or German; Ukrainian language is a significant plus.
