What you will do ✨🎨 Design User Experiences: Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.🧠 Own UI/UX Direction: Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver design solutions aligned with company goals.🌐 Own the Web Presence: Drive the design and optimization of Reonic’s website, crafting visually appealing, high-conversion pages that tell our brand story and attract new customers.📐 Help at Building Design Systems: Contribute to the development of a robust design system to ensure consistency across the platform and website.🔄 Champion Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital assets.🔍 Research & Testing: Be a part of user research, user testing, and translating insights into actionable design decisions. What Makes You a Great Fit ✅🧪 2+ Years Design Experience: You’ve designed user-focused digital products in fast-paced environments.📁 Strong Portfolio: Your work shows clean, thoughtful interfaces that solve real problems.🛠 Tool Proficiency: Skilled in Figma, Storybook, and other modern design tools; basic CSS/HTML is a plus.💻Design Demeanor: You possess web-based platform design skills.
