UX Designer (FlutterFlow Experience)

OverviewWe are seeking a talented UX Designer with hands-on experience in FlutterFlow to design and enhance our mobile application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with the development team and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences, ensuring consistency, performance, and functionality across devices. ResponsibilitiesDesign user-centric interfaces and user flows for mobile apps developed in FlutterFlow.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on findings.Ensure consistent branding, visual identity, and responsive design across devices.Optimize the user experience for performance, accessibility, and ease of use.Work alongside the development team to ensure designs are implementable and align with technical capabilities. RequirementsProven experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing mobile app design work.Hands-on experience with FlutterFlow and strong understanding of its design capabilities.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and conducting user research.Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.Familiarity with AWS services (optional but preferred).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field preferred. Bonus Skills:Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic Flutter code.Experience in designing for accessibility and responsiveness across various devices.
