Validation & Verification Engineer (m/f/d)

Act as the primary focal point for all Validation and Verification (V&V) activities within the projectDefine and maintain the Validation and Verification Plan in alignment with project requirements and milestonesDevelop, maintain, and release the Verification Control Document (VCD)Organize and lead Verification Control Boards (VCBs) to ensure effective tracking and closure of verification activitiesManage the preparation, review, and release of Test Specifications and related documentationOversee and coordinate verification activities using IBM DOORS, SIEMENS Polarion, or similar requirements management toolsActively participate in project meetings and technical reviews (progress meetings, milestone reviews, customer reviews)Your Qualifications Degree in Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering disciplineSeveral years of professional experience in Validation & Verification, Systems Engineering, or AIT, ideally in the aerospace sectorSolid understanding of the full engineering project life-cycle, from concept to deliveryProficiency in using requirements management tools, such as IBM DOORS and/or SIEMENS Polarion; experience with similar tools is also valuedStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex verification activities independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teamsFluency in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus
