Your role
Your role and responsibilities will be shaped by your skills and experience, from deep-diving into complex customer cases to taking ownership of technical solutions. You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, participate in daily support routines, and be part of our on-call duty rotation.
What you’ll need to succeed
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, software development, or automation engineering2–3 years of experience in automation, IT, or software development projects and productsExcellent cooperation and communication skillsStrong service mindset and experience in customer support servicesFluency in German and English (additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, or French are a plus)

Competence in IT networks and components, Linux OS, database or Java programmingKnowledge of Bosch Rexroth Drives/PLC, Siemens S7 TIA Portal, or Allen Bradley Control LogixA proactive, can-do attitude and curiosity for continuous learning

Work setup
This position is based at our Willich office near Düsseldorf and offers a flexible hybrid work model combining office and remote work. A significant part of your role involves solving customer cases and supporting our Help Desk operations. Flexibility and readiness for on-call duties are essential.
