Your tasks
As a manager in this area, you will actively shape the provision and operation of modern end devices such as notebooks, tablets and PCs and ensure that our colleagues can work reliably and securely at all times.
In times of rapid technological developments and growing demands on IT security and user-friendliness, you have a direct influence on how efficient and future-proof our IT services are.
As Team Leader - IT Services, you will :
- Manage a team professionally and disciplinary and develop your employees according to the global ASML guidelines.
- Plan, manage and prioritize the tasks in IT End User Support and assign and process tickets in 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Install, configure and maintain client systems and perform simple tasks in Active Directory administration (e.g. password resets, user administration).
- Train new employees in IT end-user support and be available as a central point of contact.
- Administer VDI / Citrix environments as well as networks and switches and solve technical challenges independently.
- Coordinate external service providers and suppliers and be responsible for contract and license management
- Support IT projects, especially in the area of special hardware and client systems.
- Create and maintain documentation and guidelines as well as coordinate processes with the global ASML end-user service and integrate them locally.
Your qualification
- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification, alternatively you have many years of professional experience.
- You have proven experience in IT helpdesk or end-user services.
- You have sound knowledge in the installation, configuration and analysis of IT systems
- You are very familiar with Windows operating systems and hardware in the peripheral and client area.
- You have in-depth knowledge of end-user system infrastructures, especially in the areas of networks, IT security and cloud computing.
- You have knowledge of data protection and are familiar with relevant regulations such as the GDPR
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English

- You have strong leadership and organizational skills and know how to lead and develop a team in a targeted manner.
- You are able to coordinate several projects at the same time without losing track.
- You have outstanding communication skills, both in dealing with your team and with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are solution-oriented and decisive, even in challenging situations.
- You have a high degree of personal responsibility and self-organization
- You have a good feel for process optimization and actively contribute suggestions for improvement
