Role Summary

As our Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in shaping Mistral’s adoption with our largest customers across a variety of industries. You will be driving deals end2end: from prospective, first intro call until closing and beyond—together with our dedicated implementation specialist, tech and legal teams.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic outreach to promising enterprise customers and convert inbound deals.
  • Provide hands‑on support during Proof of Concept (POC) phases and convert successful POCs into long‑term contracts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to convert leads into valued customers, managing all stakeholders and aligning cross‑functional teams.
  • Handle end‑to‑end customer negotiation together with legal and implementation specialists.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with C‑level executives, heads of innovation/AI, and other key decision‑makers.
  • Deeply understand the technical intricacies of our product, articulate its value proposition, and collaborate with implementation teams to address customer questions and concerns.
  • Empower internal teams with the knowledge and resources gathered from customer conversations to drive product roadmap and align on priorities.

Who you are

  • 7‑10 years experience in enterprise sales/consultative selling of highly complex, technical products.
  • Excellent academics: Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Significant work experience within the AI ecosystem or related data/infrastructure field.
  • Experience at a successful fast‑growing startup, ideally in deep‑tech.
  • Strong technical skills to navigate quickly evolving products and steer technical discussions.
  • Excellent English & French; additional language welcome (e.g. German, Spanish, etc.).
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
