Your Mission:

  • Lead & Mentor: Coach and develop our Client Success and Operations teams, ensuring every team member performs at their highest potential.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement, optimize, and monitor SOPs, KPIs, and quality assurance processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Enhance Client Experience: Continuously innovate ways to deliver “wow” experiences, increase client satisfaction, referrals and long-term value.
  • Strategic Oversight: Produce operational forecasts, evaluate team performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Team Growth: Hire, onboard, and train new staff, creating a high-standard, scalable structure for the future.
  • Decisive Leadership: Address performance issues promptly, reward excellence and build a culture of accountability and success.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has 5+ years in operations or client success management
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Is an exceptional mentor, coach, and communicator
  • Has strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Enjoys creating world-class client experiences
