ResponsibilitiesStructure complex and strategic problems for the B2B (Business-to-Business) teamSupport end-to-end B2B operations, including BU budget planning and cross-BU project coordination.Define clear hypotheses to identify new opportunities, and build business cases and monitor existing data that will inform and influence the direction of the sales teamManage projects and execute business tasks according to the defined plan and drive the sales team and cross-teams to generate sales outputContribute to improving our capabilities by enhancing existing processes and recruiting and developing new team membersDevelop and manage marketing and product communication materials, including announcements, infographics, and other campaign assets.Execute B2B and institutional campaigns, including setup, monitoring, performance tracking, reporting, and post-campaign reviews.Manage all reward and payment processes, ensuring accurate and timely payouts.Support the planning and execution of institutional and B2B events, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery.Perform other related duties as required in a fast-paced and evolving environment. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2-3 years of previous experience in marketing operations or a similar role.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and community management.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to design and execute creative marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.Fluency in English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
