Export Processing Specialist EMEA (f/m/x) – Fissler GmbH – Fissler

Responsibilities

• Manage international Key Accounts in your sales territory
• Collaborate closely with the designated Regional Managers
• Handle customer and dealer inquiries; record and process orders in SAP
• Prepare and manage export documents for the respective markets
• Process customer and supplier complaints, issuing credit notes and debits
• Participate occasionally in trade fairs and visit customers domestically and abroad

Qualifications

• Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in international order management and customer service
• Solid knowledge of export processing and international trade regulations
• Excellent communication skills and team‑oriented mindset
• Willingness to continuously develop skills and expertise
• Excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written
