Transformation & Responsibilities

• Actively shape transformation: advise customers on SAP-Insurance transformation projects.
• Workshop facilitation: plan, lead onsite workshops and develop concrete solutions.
• Process optimization: conceive, analyze and model processes, components and systems.
• Hands‑on development: open SAP module “motorhaube”, program and actively test software.
• Pro‑activity: actively contribute to internal structures within the Business Line Insurance.

Qualifications & Profile

• Background: completed studies in insurance economics, business administration, information systems or a vocational qualification as insurance sales employee or social security employee.
• SAP knowledge: experience in SAP FS‑CD or accounting processes focused on payment processing.
• Project experience: first project experience available.
• Nice to have: prior work in IT or management consulting.
• Communication talent: secure communication in German and English, both internally and externally.
