Control System Engineer

Job Title: Lead Controls Engineer Location: Remote (must be open to European travel) Edison Smart are looking hands-on engineer to lead automation software for PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, motion control, and robotics. You’ll set coding standards, integrate software with mechanical/electrical systems and contributing to the long term technical roadmap. Most important skills: Strong PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider)Experience with HMI, motion control, robotics, and safety systemsWell rounded background industrial automation software developmentKnowledge of control system design, industrial networks, and fieldbus protocolsExperience in regulated industries (GMP, GAMP, validation)Leadership and documentation skills Successful candidates must be available to start ASAP and open to European travel as required.
