Leverage your legal expertise to develop and refine AI systems that support complex legal processes, enhance compliance, and drive informed decision-making in corporate environments. Key Responsibilities:Train, review, and validate AI models using real-world scenarios in corporate and commercial law.Draft, review, and annotate commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, partnership agreements, licensing contracts, vendor agreements) to improve AI understanding of legal language and structure.Translate complex concepts of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks for AI system integration.Identify, categorize, and explain legal risks in business operations to enhance AI risk assessment capabilities.Provide expert insights on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, shareholder matters, and due diligence for data enrichment.Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and fellow legal professionals to refine and test AI performance.Document feedback, suggest improvements, and ensure high-quality outputs in both written and verbal communication formats. Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience practicing as a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer.Demonstrated expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment within a business law context.Comprehensive understanding of corporate governance, compliance requirements, and organizational structures.Strong ability to translate legal risk assessments into practical guidance for business operations and AI training scenarios.Experience advising on transaction structures, commercial decisions, and regulatory issues in local and international contexts.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and adapting content for technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications:Experience collaborating with technology teams, especially in legal tech or AI projects.Familiarity with data annotation, model training, or natural language processing in legal contexts is a nice-to-have; no prior experience needed.Advanced certification in business law, corporate compliance, or related fields.
