The Role
As a Country Manager, your mission will be to develop the brand business In Germany, proposing and implementing a coherent strategy for the region ensuring retail operational excellency & amazing customer experience.

You will work closely with our global team and will report directly to the Head of International Markets

Mission:

• Retail expansion: Work on the store expansion strategy to find the best location for the brand.
• Retail performance & customer experience: Implement and manage retail strategy for the region, in line with international guidelines. Manage retail growth and initiate action plans to develop the commercial efficiency of your team. Enhance the customer experience.
• Budget and Operations: Responsible for P&L in the region, working on budget & reporting with Finance team. Responsible for sales and profitability targets
• Team management & recruitment: Manage the Jimmy Fairly team of the country, entailing task delegation, coaching, development, and evaluation.
