Customer Project and Success Manager (DACH)

We are seeking a Senior Customer Projects and Success Manager to take on a key leadership role in ensuring seamless project delivery and long-term customer success across the DACH region . This role acts as the primary delivery lead for the market, managing complex projects and strategic accounts while driving continuous improvement and mentoring junior team members.
What You Will Do: Core Responsibilities
- Market Leadership: Own the overall delivery performance for the DACH region, ensuring alignment of project priorities, resource allocation, and timelines with business objectives. Oversee portfolio forecasting, milestones, and revenue recognition, ensuring contractual and financial accuracy. Maintain data hygiene across delivery tools (CRM, project management) to enable reliable reporting and leadership visibility.
- End-to-End Project Management: Directly manage a set of strategic projects, handling the full project lifecycle from kickoff through go-live. Execute project plans, manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, proactively tracking progress, risks, and financials. Utilize Agile and other methodologies to drive problemâsolving, manage scope, and ensure alignment between customer goals and Founda's capacity.
- Customer Success & Collaboration: Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout implementation and adoption, building and maintaining strong executive and operational relationships to ensure measurable outcomes and satisfaction. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to integrate customer feedback, align on delivery needs, and identify expansion opportunities.
Who you are
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in customer success, customer onboarding, or project management within enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record in managing complex software implementation, integration, or digital transformation projects in highly regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance).
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with complex system integrations, data management solutions, and thirdâparty software integrations. Strong understanding of various project management methodologies and experience with CRM/project management tools.
- Healthcare Experience: Experience working within or with the healthcare sector, ideally with exposure to interoperability challenges and healthcare IT ecosystems with standards like HL7, DICOM, FHIR. Comfortable navigating legacy systems and regulatory frameworks.
- Skills & Mindset: Strong leadership combined with a handsâon, executionâdriven mindset. Excellent prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex interoperability or data challenges into clear project goals for technical and nonâtechnical stakeholders.
- Language: Fluent in both English and German.
