It’s an architect-operator seat at the core of Mindgroup’s next evolution, Transformation Automation, the bridge between restructuring, ERP transformation, and AI-enabled execution.You’ll design and lead how automation embeds into our clients’ operating models: from restructuring data pipelines to building dashboards that surface real-time efficiency gains. You’ll shape how we codify and scale this capability, defining the playbooks, standards, and small, elite team that delivers them.You won’t inherit a machine; you’ll build one — with precision, speed, and measurable impact. At Mindgroup, we don’t theorize transformation. We make it tangible, repeatable, and defensible — in EBITDA, efficiency, and enterprise value. Impact you’ll aim for (first 6 months)≤72-hour diagnostic from data drop with three viable scenarios (risks/constraints explicit).2–3 client pilots with a meaningful reduction in P90 time-to-adoption and steadier sentiment.Restructuring Engine v1 running: ingest → benchmarks → scenarios → dashboard & alerts.6 manager playbooks live with thresholds/SLAs and a clear decision log.Governance documented: team-level reporting, RBAC, DPIA, bias checks. Build and lead the streamHire and coach a lean squad (Assessment Lead, Delivery Lead, Data/ML partner); set craft standards and rituals.Define the operating cadence (weekly): dashboard → actions → outcomes; run reviews that produce decisions, not meetings.Create a simple “ways of working” handbook—how we size work, write decision logs, and handle reversibility/constraints.Grow capacity deliberately: turn what works into playbooks and small software components before adding headcount. What you’ll do (work you’ll touch weekly)Productize the method: 72-Hour Pack; Triage / Stabilize 60 / Sprint / Org Reset.Interpret AI output, set constraints, pick levers (cash, opex, org, pricing, procurement) and sequence.Use readiness + sentiment + behavior to route teams; define tripwires (e.g., trust dip >10 → leader Q&A <7 days).Keep the loop tight: signal → action → outcome → learning (documented in the decision log). What you bring10+ years hands-on in restructuring/turnaround (PE Ops, corporate transformation, Big-4/MBB T&R, CFO/FP&A).End-to-end ownership: analysis → design → implementation → stabilization with P&L and adoption metrics.Team leadership: hiring, coaching, standards, and calm execution under pressure.Product sense: you spot repeatable patterns and turn them into software + playbooks.Data-comfortable: metrics, experiments, plain-language explanations to execs and works councils.Values: proactive, pragmatic, transparent.
