You will be at the heart of our finance excellence, ensuring seamless financial processes and supporting the overall success of the firm. Your daily responsibilities include finance support tasks and coordination with the office manager. We seek someone with 1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, capable of handling sensitive information with excellent judgment, diplomacy, and discretion.

Finance & Operations Specialist

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supporting the Finance Team in Fund Operations tasks such as reporting, accounting, financial analysis, and portfolio controlling
• Contributing to quarterly stakeholder reports and internal fund development tracking
• Communicating with external accountants and stakeholders to provide financial information
• Preparing financial materials for audits, board, and investor meetings
• Responding to urgent inquiries while maintaining confidentiality
• Supporting office procedures, admin systems, and databases

What should you bring along?

We are looking for a passionate individual eager to thrive in a VC and startup environment.

• Strong background in accounting and finance support
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
• 1-4 years of experience, preferably in professional services, Venture Capital, or Private Equity
• Fluent in German and English
• Proficiency in standard software, especially Excel
• Academic education is a plus but not required
