Responsibilities Your Responsibilities Process Analysis & Optimization:You analyze the financial processes of our clients and support their optimization and digitalization by developing tailored concepts and configurations.Project Management:You independently manage work packages throughout the consulting process – from requirements analysis to go-live of our ERP software.Testing & Training:You accompany the testing phase and conduct training sessions for future end users to ensure successful implementation.Customer Interaction:During project phases, you act as the central point of contact for all subject-specific questions related to our ERP software.You are skilled at engaging clients, fostering trust, and maintaining a goal-oriented collaboration. Qualifications Education & Background:A university degree, ideally in public administration or business/economics with a focus on finance.Ideally, initial professional experience in financial management, IT/software, and/or project work.Technical & Financial Knowledge:Expertise in financial processes and/or public sector administration workflows, such as:Accounting (double-entry or cameralistics)Financial statements & balance sheetsBudgeting, taxation, and cost accounting (KLR)Fiscal year-end and reporting processesWork Style & Personality:You work independently, structured, and as a reliable team member.You demonstrate strong service orientation, proactivity, and stress resilience (“stress-smartness”).You think in solutions, not problems, and value the societal impact of your work in the public sector.Travel Readiness:Nationwide travel for on-site client assignments is a natural part of the role.
