Your MissionAs a Sales Development Manager, you’ll lead a motivated team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) focused on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the French market.Your team will play a key role in driving pipeline growth and supporting the wider sales organization.You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on coaching to help your team achieve — and exceed — their goals.
What You’ll DoRecruit, train, and lead a team of BDRs focused on prospecting and opportunity creation.Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and prepare them for future Account Executive roles.Define and track clear metrics for success, ensuring the team meets monthly and quarterly targets.Motivate and engage your team through coaching, regular performance reviews, and creative incentives.Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve lead quality, campaign follow-up, and overall process efficiency.Build trusted relationships with key internal stakeholders to align strategy and goals.Identify and implement improvements to boost productivity, performance, and collaboration.
What We’re Looking ForExperience in software or SaaS sales.Proven people management experience — coaching and developing sales or BDR/SDR teams.Consistent record of exceeding targets in a sales or business development role.Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and high-growth environment.Fluent in French and English.
