Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Front-end Developer/ Full-stack Engineer (f/m/x) to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial leadership role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust front-end systems that power our applications. You will work actively on the product. Your expertise will be vital in optimizing our cloud infrastructure, backend architecture, ensuring security, and enhancing the overall performance of our services as well as building new products. Additionally, you will mentor team members and guide architectural decisions to drive innovation and excellence. Key Responsibilities:Front-end Development: Typescript, React, JW, CSS, HTML - make our products shine where they meet the end-userSoftware Development (Backend): Design and implement robust back-end services and APIs using .NET technologies, now integrating with AWS services.Architecture & Infrastructure: Transition architecture and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.Analytical Problem-Solving: Utilize strong logical thinking skills to effectively address and solve complex technical challenges, focusing on sound reasoning over specific programming languages.Front-end Collaboration: Oversee and coordinate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality between back-end and front-end systems.Product Innovation: Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, contributing to strategic decision-making and innovation.Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code produced by team members.Deployment & Testing: Manage deployment processes, develop CI/CD pipelines, and oversee testing to maintain robust and error-free applications. Qualifications:Experience: 5+ years in development - front-end mainlyTechnical Skills: Proficiency in multiple programming and backend languages, with a very strong understanding of front-end technologies.Team Building & Methodologies: Proven experience in team building and SCRUM methodologies.Leadership & Organization: Strong leadership and organizational skills.Industry Interest: Keen interest in e-commerce, user experience, data collection, and B2B2C models.Ambition: Ambitious and committed to building the best product possible.
