Job Description

You’ll connect with this role if you enjoy:

• Hiring people for Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal department

• Stakeholder Management – working closely with team leads, heads and managing directors from job creation to offer approvals
• Active sourcing / headhunting and searching for the hidden talents out there

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German
• Experience with B2B SaaS hiring
• Experience with international hiring with focus on Europe
• Experience with hiring sales positions

Nice to have

• Fluency in additional languages (French, Spanish or Italian)
• Experience with modern ATS systems, preferably with Greenhouse
• Experience in working in a remote‑first environment
