Your mission


The Bikeleasing Group has developed into a leading, agile group of companies for employer benefits and mobility solutions. It comprises five specialised companies, including multi-benefit providers, leasing and insurance service providers, and dealers for refurbished bikes. With our clear focus on digitalisation, sustainability and excellent service, we are shaping the mobility of tomorrow – and continuing to grow dynamically in the process. As Group Sales Process & Automation Manager (gn), you will be part of our sales team and drive efficiency through targeted process optimisation, automation and AI integration. Together with the Group CSO and in close cooperation with Technology & Operations, you will shape the future of our sales processes – strategically and operationally.



  • You will analyse existing CRM and BI processes in a data-driven manner with a view to increasing sales efficiency and develop them further in a targeted manner

  • You will identify automation potential at an early stage and implement appropriate measures to reduce manual activities

  • You will implement AI-supported solutions such as lead scoring and forecasting and continuously develop them further

  • You will not only use existing systems such as MS Dynamics 365 or HubSpot effectively, but also think ahead

  • In close cooperation with internal stakeholders, you will design smart and sustainable sales processes


Your profile



  • You have a good technical understanding of processes and systems – ideally complemented by experience in sales or marketing

  • You are familiar with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics 365 or HubSpot and can easily familiarise yourself with their use

  • You are proficient in AI technologies in a sales context and have already successfully implemented AI solutions

  • You are characterised by analytical thinking, clear communication and a hands-on mentality.

  • You have mid- to senior-level professional experience and want to play a role in shaping both strategic and operational decisions

  • You have business fluent German and English skills
