The role

We’re looking for a Head of Finance who lives and breathes numbers – someone who can turn raw data into clarity, ensure financial accuracy across platforms, and help build a finance structure that scales as fast as we do.

What you’ll do

• Own all weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for founders and investors
• Prepare quarterly and yearly financials (Bilanzen, Jahresabschluss) in close collaboration with our Steuerberater
• Oversee cash flow, cost tracking, and profitability reports across brands and entities
• Ensure all numbers reconcile across payment providers, blockchain ledgers, and internal systems
• Build and maintain data dashboards and reporting tools (Excel, Sheets, Looker, etc.)
• Work hands‑on with crypto transactions and financial flows on‑chain
• Be the go‑to person for anything related to numbers, data integrity, and financial accuracy

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Consulting, or Investment Banking
• Strong analytical & Excel/Sheets skills – ideally with exposure to dashboards or BI tools
• German language skills (required for local reporting & Steuerberater coordination)
• Understanding of crypto, blockchain, and on‑chain transactions
• Based in Berlin or open to on‑site work
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment
