Mission

As Head of Operations & Maintenance, you will lead the technical operation, monitoring, and maintenance of our Agri‑PV plants in Germany. Build an efficient O&M team, develop processes and systems ensuring long‑term, safe, and economic operation of the plants, and contribute significantly to business quality and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead an O&M team to ensure plant operation and maintenance.
• Ensure safe, environmentally sound operation of the plants within the budget.
• Develop and implement standardized O&M processes and tools, including preventive maintenance strategies.
• Implement and monitor HSE policies (Health, Safety & Environment).
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (EPC, Engineering, Asset Management) and coordinate external partners and service providers.
• Ensure SLA compliance and manage maintenance contracts.
• Plan budgets and manage the economic viability of investments.
• Analyze and optimize operational data (performance, efficiency improvement) and prepare reports and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree (Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent.
• Several years’ experience in Operations & Maintenance, preferably in PV or energy assets.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, medium voltage, and grid connections.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing external service providers.
• Analytical, structured work style with high quality and responsibility.
• Passion for sustainable technologies and scalable processes.
• Willingness to travel to plant sites in Germany.
• Excellent German and English language skills.

Employment Details

Full‑time, hybrid work model with locations in Bavaria or Baden‑Württemberg, preferably in Munich.
