As Interim Senior Vice President Marketing & Communication you are responsible for managing our global B2B marketing and communication activities. You will be in charge of all marketing channels and functions such as online marketing, content marketing, design & brand, field marketing and product marketing, and lead an international team of marketing experts.

This is a temporary position as maternity cover until October 2027.

Tasks inspiring you

Global strategic and operational responsibility for all marketing channels and functions (online, brand, events, product marketing, field marketing, etc.)
Full responsibility for budget planning, controlling and KPI monitoring
Development and management of effective multi-channel marketing strategies for lead generation and brand positioning Leadership and further development of the global marketing team (40 experts)
Strengthening the PSI brand in a global context and support internationalization
Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, PR&IR and all business units
Managing and further development of our Internal Communication activities
You are reporting directly into the CEO

Qualifications that inspire us

Extensive experience in B2B marketing within the software industry or a related field
Proven track record of successfully leading both onsite and remote teams Strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with technical products
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
Hands‑on leadership style with expertise in building and scaling hybrid marketing teams ·
Excellent analytical mindset; highly data‑driven and outcome‑oriented Outstanding problem‑solving, leadership, and communication skills
Open‑minded, flexible, and pragmatic approach
Fluency in German and English; Polish is a plus
