Our flagship product, the Manifold Vision Meter, is trusted by top pharmaceutical companies worldwide to guide drug development and improve patient outcomes. We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Administration and Security Specialist to join our small, close-knit team.

As our IT Administration and Security Specialist, you'll be a critical part of our team, ensuring our systems are secure, efficient, and reliable. You’ll be a go‑to person for IT support, helping our team stay productive and focused on their work. You'll also play a vital role in advancing our information security management system to achieve international certification, directly contributing to our company's global growth and success.

What You'll Do

• IT Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for our team, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• System Administration: Manage and further scale our IT infrastructure, including user accounts, cloud-based applications, and internal systems.
• Security Initiatives: Help us bring our existing information security management system to international certification (e.g., ISO 27001). This will include assisting with documentation, policy implementation, and readiness for audits.
• Asset Management: Track and maintain our IT hardware and software assets.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in an IT support, administration, or security-focused role.
• Familiarity with information security management systems and international standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• A proactive and collaborative attitude, with a strong commitment to security and quality.
