We're hiring a Junior Product Manager for the Altery Business team to help us build the future of business finances for SMEs. This role offers a unique opportunity to start in product operations whilst developing into a full Product Manager, working directly with customers to shape our multi-currency business accounts, cards, and payment solutions. You'll join a fast-moving team where your curiosity, customer obsession, and hands-on approach will directly impact thousands of businesses managing cross-border operations.

What you'll be doing

• Build up a process and own the entire customer feedback loop - from collection through analysis to roadmap integration.
• Constantly review competitive solutions, identifying opportunities, collecting best practices and building market intelligence.
• Update and maintain product roadmap documentation, ensuring clear up-to-date communication across teams.
• Use AI tools to rapidly prototype solutions, validate customer problems and synthesise customer feedback.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to sweat the details of the best user experience for our customers.
• Identify data-driven insights by analysing usage patterns and customer behaviour.
• Support go-to-market initiatives with product knowledge and customer insights.
• Own specific product areas as you demonstrate capability and growth.

What You’ll Bring To Us

• Active user of modern fintech products (Revolut, Monzo, Wise, or similar) with deep understanding of their user experience.
• AI literacy - comfortable using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools for creating documents, analysing data and prototyping. Understanding when to use which model for specific tasks.
• Extreme curiosity and growth mindset - eager to learn from anyone regardless of seniority.
• High agency - ability to identify opportunities and act without waiting for permission
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems into clear solutions

Nice-to-have

• Basic understanding of technology startups, business models and technical concepts
• Experience with data analysis tools or willingness to learn quickly
• Understanding of SME business needs, particularly in cross-border contexts
• Previous experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or startup environments would be great but not required
• Knowledge of business banking, payments, or crypto/blockchain basics
• User of crypto services
