Your Mission:Define and Execute Product Vision: Take full accountability for the product roadmap, managing the feature backlog and prioritizing development efforts to achieve strategic goals.Deeply understand the end-to-end user flow, translating insights into well-defined, intuitive features that enhance platform intelligence and ease of use.Act as the central hub, ensuring seamless collaboration and shared understanding across engineering, sales, and executive leadership.Conduct continuous market analysis and competitive landscaping to identify and capitalize on opportunities that enhance and expand the platform's value proposition. What You Bring:Proven SaaS Product Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing and evolving successful SaaS products.Highly effective communication and organizational abilities, with a track record of successfully overseeing multiple, high-stakes initiatives simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to drive product evolution by proactively engaging with customers and the broader market to pinpoint and validate new feature potential.Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English is required for effective internal and external communication.
