Your mission

You will play a central role in the company by establishing new relationships and maintaining and developing existing partnerships. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams and actively participate in the acquisition and research of new customers. You will also be responsible for the further development and optimization of our voucher section, ensuring that the range of products on offer is always up to date and developing strategies to increase sales. Your success will be measured by the achievement of sales targets and the satisfaction of our partners. Key responsibilities in this role

  • In addition to customers in the German market, you will also develop and support the Austrian market and potential new markets.
  • You will acquire new key accounts, maintain existing customer relationships, and build long‑term partnerships.
  • You will negotiate with partners and optimize their marketing activities.
  • You will create compelling offers, present strategies, and implement successful campaigns.
  • You will analyze market trends, identify new sales potential, and develop scalable sales strategies.
  • You will take responsibility for our voucher division and optimize its performance.

Key skills we think help you succeed in this role

  • As a talented communicator with at least 1‑2 years of experience in key account management/sales and knowledge of online business, you have the ideal qualifications.
  • Whether you have a degree in economics or commercial training is secondary to us—much more important are your sales mentality and your flair for successful partnerships.
  • You are a true networker, ideally have market knowledge in e‑commerce, tourism, or affiliate marketing, and impress with your enthusiasm for sales.
  • Your independent working style, strong negotiating skills, and organizational talent will help you to successfully develop the market.
  • You are determined, flexible, and resilient—you love challenges and set ambitious goals.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are a must.
