Starting or as soon as possible we are looking for Lead ATC Training & Product Development (f/m/d) , full-time and permanent position at our company headquarters in Langen.

Your responsibilities

• Drive Innovation : Develop new training products and coordinate their implementation to expand our portfolio.
• Customer Collaboration: Prepare technical content for tenders and liaise with clients and Sales.
• Course Excellence: Oversee ATC training courses and optimize content in close cooperation with instructors.
• Lead & Organize: Manage and guide the pseudo pilot team, plan deployments for international projects, and ensure efficient workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Allocate tasks, optimize processes, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Reporting: Work closely with the Head of Training & Proficiency and collaborate with a team of experts.
• You hold Valid or former ATC license (EU 2015/340) with 5+ years ATC experience and 2+ years as OJT or comparable qualifications in similar industries (e.g., airlines), with proven experience in training concept development and course management.
• Qualified Training Instructor (TI) with 5+ years in ATC training and course design.
• In-depth knowledge of ATC processes, systems, and international regulations.
• Strong leadership and workforce planning experience.
• Excellent MS Office skills and business-fluent English (German is a plus).
• Independent, goal-oriented, and a true team player.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and public events to represent the department.
