Content Marketing Specialist (SEO & Social)

Contract: Full-time, initial 3-month rolling contract with path to full-time permanent

Focus: Create and distribute content for our clients across social + blog + SEO. We need someone who will smash it: high output, high quality, zero drama.

Role overview

Own client content engines end-to-end: social calendars, daily posting, community management, SEO-aligned blogs, and on-page SEO. You’ll talk to clients, ship daily, and show measurable impact—starting this Monday.

What you’ll do (client-facing)

• Social (core): Plan monthly client calendars; write hooks/threads; publish to LinkedIn/Instagram/X; handle comments/DMs; iterate from analytics.
• Blogs & landing copy (core): Research, outline, and write SEO-driven pieces; brief designers; manage edits to an on-brand voice per client.
• SEO (core): Keyword research, content briefs, on-page optimization (titles/meta/H1–H3/internal links), basic tech hygiene in WordPress/Webflow.
• Distribution & repurposing: Turn blogs into carousels, shorts, and newsletter snippets; syndicate where it counts.
• Reporting: GA4, Search Console, and platform analytics; simple dashboards; crisp updates in client check-ins.
• Workflow: Keep a clean pipeline in Notion/Asana; maintain SEO/content templates and a living style guide per account.

What “smash it” means (conversion criteria)

30 days: Baseline dashboards live; 1–2 daily posts on priority channels per client; 4–6 blogs published; top on-page fixes shipped.
90 days:
+30–60% growth in engagement/followers on priority channels
+20–40% organic sessions to target pages
10–20 keywords into Google Top 10 across client portfolios
Hit these and you’re on track for conversion to full-time permanent.

Must-haves

• 1–3+ years in social/content/SEO (agency or startup).
• Strong short-form hooks and long-form structure; clean, native-level English.
• Hands-on with GA4, Search Console, keyword tools, and a scheduler (Buffer/Later/etc.).
• Confident presenting updates directly to clients.
• Available on Dubai hours and able to start Monday, October 27, 2025.

Nice-to-haves

• WordPress/Webflow/Framer basics; schema plugins; light video editing; Canva/Figma.
• Experience turning founder POV into content and thought leadership.

Compensation

€1,600–€2,600/month gross on the 3-month rolling contract
Path to full-time permanent after the initial contract if targets are met
