We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the coordination of complex data center developments balancing innovation, efficiency, and resilience in every solution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of mechanical systems (HVAC, cooling, plumbing, fire protection, diesel supply) for large-scale data centers.
Manage the full project lifecycle through construction supervision and handover.
Present technical concepts to international clients and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Liaise with German authorities ensuring the construction meets all local standards
Manage a team to ensure the project reaches its milestones

Your Profile

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in mechanical systems design for industrial or mission-critical facilities (data center experience highly desirable).
In-depth knowledge of German building codes, HVAC systems, and cooling technologies.
Familiarity with Tier Level design standards (Uptime Institute, TÜV), SPOF analysis, and PUE/WUE efficiency metrics.
Experienced in technical due diligence and project coordination.
Fluent in English; German proficiency strongly preferred.
Organized, proactive, and capable of managing complex workloads, budgets, and deadlines.
A strong advocate for sustainability, innovation, and high-quality engineering practices.
